No. Artemis is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by VRChat Inc. Operators are responsible for complying with the relevant platform rules and policies.
Artemis describes its desktop workflows as local-first. The public website and member account use networked services for sign-in, billing, limited website analytics, and error monitoring. See the Architecture and Privacy pages for the current scope.
Plan entitlements and product availability are governed by the configuration selected in the Command Deck. Multi-group and multi-seat limits will be documented in the published plan catalog for each release.
The Artemis product surface includes invite workflows, group and join-request overview, moderation context, roster backups, audit history, license status, and optional Discord operations. Exact availability is release- and plan-dependent.
An optional Discord companion can use networked services to route configured alerts and scheduled activity. It is separate from local desktop workflows and is not a zero-cloud feature.
No. Review signals and automation rules need a documented operator review or escalation path. Do not treat a single signal as proof; keep the final action with an authorized group operator.
Artemis Core is $8.99 per month or $94.93 per year. Core with Growth tools is $18.99 per month or $200.53 per year. The complete Core, Growth, and Safety configuration is $34.99 per month or $369.49 per year. Safety & automation requires Growth tools. Annual billing is charged once per year and saves 12% compared with monthly billing. Check the linked Artemis account for eligibility and current availability.
Billing is managed through your linked Artemis account. PayPal may process an eligible recurring agreement, but the public website does not collect payment details, accept payment claims, or expose agreement IDs. Check the linked account for the current subscription state and available billing controls.
Any trial availability and terms are shown in the linked Artemis account. The public website does not create a separate desktop entitlement or promise a trial period.
When a plan change is available in your linked Artemis account, it takes effect at the next scheduled renewal. Your current configuration remains active through the paid billing period; Artemis does not apply a mid-cycle charge, credit, or refund.
An eligible active recurring agreement can be cancelled from the linked Artemis account. The account should show the effective date and access state after the payment provider confirms the cancellation.
A public refund policy is not published yet. Do not rely on a refund window or outcome until final terms are posted with a verified support and payment workflow.
If a renewal cannot be completed, the linked Artemis account shows the provider-confirmed access state. Open the Account Center to verify the current status; do not assume a retry or grace-period rule until it is published. Cancellation: An eligible active recurring agreement can be cancelled from the linked Artemis account. The account should show the effective date and access state after the payment provider confirms the cancellation. Refunds: A public refund policy is not published yet. Taxes or fees may be calculated by the payment provider where applicable. The final treatment of taxes, fees, and billing disclosures will be stated in the published terms before paid launch.
Artemis uses a Build Your Own Plan model for the published configurations. Custom multi-seat or enterprise terms are not publicly published yet and will be made available only through verified Artemis channels.
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) are the current target platforms. Linux is in active development. Artemis is also being prepared for Meta store submission for compatible VR headsets; availability is subject to Meta platform review and launch requirements.
