Support routing // Operator-first

Start with the right
support path.

A useful support interaction starts with the version, environment, and observed result - not with private credentials. Use the route that matches the issue before escalating it.

A public email, ticket system, and community destination have not been configured on this site yet. This page provides safe, verified paths that are available now.

What to include

When a verified Artemis support channel is announced, an effective request should include enough technical context to reproduce the issue without exposing account secrets.

  • Artemis version and package type
  • Windows version and whether the device is managed
  • The action you took and the time it occurred
  • A redacted screenshot or exact error message
  • Whether the issue persists after a normal restart
  • Your account email only if the verified channel requests it

Never send secrets

Artemis support should never need your password, recovery code, one-time code, QR data, or Discord/VRChat token. Do not provide them in a ticket, DM, screenshot, or form.

Public support contact

A verified public contact destination has not been published in this build. Do not trust unverified support identities or shared invite links.

For an active member, account and subscription information currently lives in the Command Deck. It is the verified first stop for self-service billing controls.
